Do I have the right memory voltage and timing?

Hello,

Forgive me for asking a novice question, but how do I read CPU-Z to determine whether I have the right memory timings and voltages. What's important to look at, the Memory and the SPD tabs?

My system is:

ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO Motherboard
A-DATA 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)
AMD Phenom II 555 3.2 Ghz

Thank you.

More about memory voltage timing
  1. You'll want to check the 'memory' tab. I use EVGA E-LEET which reports the voltages of everything, but I'm not sure if CPU-Z has the ability to. If it does, and your ram is this:

Then your vDIMM/memory voltage should be set at 1.5V.

Then your timings should be as follows:

    CL - 9

These are assumed, and these are what most 1333MHz kits use. A-DATA doesn't provide any information on the timings unfortunately, so here's what I'd use:

    tRCD - 9
    tRP - 9
    tRAS - 24
