Upgrading CPU, RAM and Motherboard

i have just sold my motherboard and ram and cpu.. i am going to buy an intel i3 530 CPU, intel whitesburg mobo and Hynix DDR3 1333mhz ram.

is this a good combo if i want to upgrade in the future?

The Intel Core i3 IS a great CPU for the price point

I would get that combo only when about one thing is free.
Otherwise, that RAM and Intel MotherBoards are not that good

firstly my budget is R2500/$320.. i live in south africa so i cant buy from amazon or newegg... but you can suggest something and i will look for it here.

CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333

You are left with $15
