Upgrading CPU, RAM and Motherboard

The Intel Core i3 IS a great CPU for the price point

I would get that combo only when about one thing is free.
Otherwise, that RAM and Intel MotherBoards are not that good

firstly my budget is R2500/$320.. i live in south africa so i cant buy from amazon or newegg... but you can suggest something and i will look for it here.
