Acer aspire one keyboard problem

Hello,
ACER keyboard wont work changed it for a new one, same problem. I can use a usb keyboard fine any idea please?

Try this:
Close computer . Remove the battery . Without the battery, and only on power cable, turn on the computer, and see if the keyboard works.
I know, sounds weird, but I have encountered something similar with the keyboard and touchpad on an Acer actually.
