since no one responded I just did my reasearch and I bought the Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo instead, great cpu cooler I must say, work's great on my i5 2400 @ stock clock's on full load I usually get 63c max @ prime 95 , now I only get 46c-54c max 
!!! I am very happy with it.. and oh... very easy to install (my case has a hole thingy in the back of the side panel) problem solved
