How to overclock this baby!!???

hey guys I wanna overclock my computer I don’t know why but I just wanna try it and game out with it if u don’t mind help me out on what to do becouse what I know is Every low but this is wat I got
HIS HD 5850
ASUS crosshair IV formula AM3 motherboard
AMD phenom II X4 processor
4GB G.Skill ram
Cooler Master mid tower Computer case
Western digital 1TB hard drive
Window 7 Ultimate 64bit
