Damaged amd dual core turion

Hello
While in the process of removing the heatsink from the cpu, i have completely dislodged one of the small brown component mounted on top of the cpu. is it possible to reapply, or are we talking new cpu

Is the small brown thing itself undamaged?
Are the 8 metal pins still intact?
Do you have a small component soldering iron?
Do you have electronics solder?
Do you have experience SMT soldering?

If so, maybe. Otherwise you will be looking at a new CPU.
