I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO DO, RATHER THE SAFEST THING TO DO. BIOS FLASHING SEEMS SO COMPLICATED. OH AND I HAVE NO PS2 KEYBOARD SO IT IS SAYING NO KEYBOARD FOUND. HELP PLEASE

Scroll down and find the section for clearing the CMOS and try the update again, or contact HP and see if they think you need to do it at all.

Many people think you should always update the firmware/BIOS, but the best policy is not to unless you're doing so to fix a specific issue. Most vendors have the same opinion.

I'd like to stay and help you but I have to leave for work soon.

P.S. All caps=people think you're yelling.

Good luck!!
