Xeon E5620 Overclocking

Hi,

What i need to do to overclock my workstation? So that i can get some more speed within safe side.

Details of workstation:

Quad-Core Xeon Workstation(SATA)
Intel Workstation Board S5520SC,
12 GB (4GB x 3)ECC DDR3 1633 RAM, Max.96 GB(six slot board)
2x Intel Xeon 5620 2.4GHz Processor,
12 MB On-Die L3 RAM, 5.8 GT/s QPI
1x500.0GB Enterprise SATA HDD,
LG DVD Writer
Original Intel SC5650 Server Chassis,
800W PFC Power Supply 6-fixed Drive Bays
2x GB NIC, 6xSATA With RAID 0,1&10
NVIDIA qUADRO -600 1 GB PCIe Graphics Card

Well for starters an aftermarket cooler would be the first thing to go for. That will depend on what your chasis can hold.

Sorry, I was away from my workstation for some days.

Ok,
Can you please tell me, except hardware devices you mentioned, what i will need to change in bios settings or anything else which is require to enhance the performance safely?
