Hello! :hello:
I was wondering if I installed this motherboard:
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
plugged a HD 5XXX in the X16 slot and plugged this:

in the X4 would the card be put in 8X mode or something?

It is a PCIe slot not PCIe X16 slot so it will run at only the max speed of that slot. At the same time, it has no impact on your PCIe X16 slot in either single or dual mode.

So I will be able to use 2 cards in crossfire in X8 mode and plug that ASUS card in the X4 slot? Because that thing needs a PCIe 4X slot (By the way I know the third slot is just a 4X slot with full length).

Yes... You will be able to run at x8,x8 for your GPU and that card at x4.
