Sapphire 5770 problem :(

Hi there..
last week i ordered a Sapphire HD5770 1GB GDDR5 and the first moment i started the computer i got problem. I didnt get any image from the HD5770 but i got from my onboard graphic device.
Tried Driver Sweeper and new drivers. But nothing worked
Help please..

My specs:
AMD 64 Black Edition 2.90 GHZ Dual-Core
4GB ram
860GB HDD (1x500GB 1x200GB 1x160GB)
Onboard (Nvidia) Graphics
500w Q-Tec

Are you sure that the PSU cables are correctly attached to the card ?

yea iam sure... the fan is running and everything, so that is not a problem

i forget to say that iam running on windows 7 64-bit

Are you not able to disable the onboard graphics manually via BIOS?

no i dont have that option on my BIOS

did you uninstall the onboard graphic device?
During installation windows 7 you must have seen any display?
After that without installing the graphic driver you must see a vga driver
Do you have HDMI or VGA or DVI Start with VGA cable to see if the card is working etc etc
