Component combination.

I am going to build two systems. The following components are in hand. (I know I could have done much better but it is to late.) How should I combine the components to best advantage.

Motherboards

    PSU: 550 watt Corsair 550VX for both.

    DVD: My first choice - Samsung, second chioce LG for both.

    Storage and case: too difficult to give recommendation without knowing more about the purpose of computers..
