I5 gaming system, needing opinion

Well, i was going to use the Q9550 processor but I thought that this new one would be better, I'd like you to check it out and give me your opinions... I've not enough budget for i7 processors...

Total with taxes : $1000
Total without taxes : $820

Those prices are in dollars, from here, Uruguay. I can discount the taxes, so the real price for me is $820 and it can't increase too much anymore...
Parts not included in the list, I already have them... I may want to overclock in the future.
Monitor resolution: 1440x900
