Windows xp profile recovery

Hello,
I ran out of space on my drive and it loaded up a default profile. I've sense made space and I'm hoping my profile along with all the files on its desktop are recoverable?

please make sure to free up at least 10% of your hard disk space. reboot the computer and see if you can log in normally.
