Profile Recovery

Hello, I recently ran out of space on my c drive and it loaded a default profile. I've since made space and I'm hoping my profile as well as the files on its desktop are recoverable?

please make sure to free up at least 10% of your hard disk space. reboot the computer and see if you can log in normally.
