As of this writing (6/2004), the r100 has been on sale for a year.
Since the upgrade cycle is 12-18 months, I was wondering if anyone
heard about a new model or processor upgrade in the pipe. I'd hate to
purchase an r100 only to have the price cut in half next month!

Yes, within three months the new version with 60gb HD, ULV P-M 'Dothan' at
1.1GHz, and 802.11b/g should be out. Not sure if there will be a 13" 12*10
screen. Probably the same GPU.
