Toshiba external hard drive can not recognized

anyone who can help me. my toshiba external hard drive can not be recognize by my computer or any other computer and even on laptops. i dont know what happen. But every time im going to safely remove the hard drive I can see the name of my hard drive. hope you can help me.

Is it visible in disk management ?
Right click my computer > Manage > Disk Management.
Possibility that the drive has failed completely, or the connection to the drive inside the enclosure has gone bad. Try another enclosure (They are cheap) !
