Need help can’t get my hard drive to work

I finally replace my old hard drive with a new one in my dell computer. I tried to install a boot the old hard drive into my computer but it won’t boot up I have tried a few things that might make it boot but to no avail, it worked fine and now it’s not working at all. Can anybody help me with this problem, the motherboard that I have is a GA –MA785M-USH2 and it is from gigabyte technologies.

If you have replaced the the motherboard then it's best to do a fresh install of the OS IMO, the boot drive from your old PC will not boot in your new one without redoing the bootloader file which is a PITA IMHO.
