block - might want to see other block available like the DT 5Noz
rad - depends on what hardware you're going to have it hooked upto. which'll lead me to ask, system specs/ have you done your TDP calc's?
Tubing - don't get feser, try primochill/tygon
coolants - just get UV reactive transparent blue tubing and run distilled with a kill coil - better than having to clean a gunked up block/rad when the dye in the coolant will break down.

at that price range - have you taken a look at the XSPC raystorm 360 kit?

Thanks that kit is cheaper! I'll get that does it come with compression fittings? I'll just be cooling the CPU maybe the guy later on.

yeah they do, and you can choose the color of tubing as well.
