Virtual Tuners

I have a westinghouse 42" monitor that does not have a built-in tuner. Is there such a thing as software based "virtual" tuner?

TV Tuner is a hardware.

There are other brands of Analog and HDTV Tuner for you to choose.

Bottom line is you need a TV hardware to provide TV function to your computer.

Good deal. Thanks for the info. I am attempting to make use of Windows 7's built-in "Internet TV" functionality but it is unavailable because it detects that my monitor doesn't have a tuner.
