So anyway my kit has been making some low volume but really high pitched buzzing sound when ever memory is accessed. It is no big deal when I click or load something only when it is continously acccessed would it get annoying such as moving my mouse or playing a game/video. Sometimes it won't even occur on restart but there is no consistency.

Its a Mushkin blackline 2000Mhz 3x2GB kit.

Anyone know what might be wrong?

Before people start saying memory can't make sound because of no moving parts..... well tesla coils have no moving parts but they make a ton of noise from electrical current flow.

It's more likely to be load on the Voltage Regulator Modules (VRM's) on your motherboard, I've had it in the past with a Geforce 7800GT that did it under load, it was still going strong at the point I upgraded the whole PC, I wouldn't worry about it. If it's really annoying you, you could always try a better soundproofed PC case.
