I guess my CPU has been overclocked and it's getting me crazy, I mean the fans get faster when the cpu usage reaches ( >= 65% )

Specs:
Hp compaq dc7600 CMT
Intel Pentium4 3.4GHZ

no, haha no... You can't change anything in the BIOS with this. Main Brand companys like ASUS, HP, and Dell lokc the BIOS on their built machines. Sort of a known fail safe to keep anyone from tinkering with something and messing it up and expecting the manufacture to fix it. The reason your fans are so loud is sounds to me like a desperate Chelaning of the inside case. Perhaps you could get a new after market cooler. I know they make them small enough to fix your size cases

no it's not the dust, it's just when an app is using my CPU 100% the CPU overheat.
so since I cant change my cpu settings I guess I need to add a new fan to the case.
Can I do that to my HP case ?

Thank you all, I finally solved the problem...I changed the CPU fan...not a new one, but ooriginal...I bought it from someone who removed it from another HP pc :)
