Video card work system

I have a Dell Dimension 4500 ID 6CRQN11 I am looking for a graphics card that will run PetVet 2 and Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 for less than $100, any recommendations?

HD 4670 and new PSU, your Dell 4500 came with 250 W PSU, i suggest u get a new one with high quality...

Dells PSUs are usually pretty decent and I'd think it could handle an HD4670.
