How to remove access denied error message

Hello,
hi my problem is similar to : audio1484
when i am trying to open some folder i am getting access denied error message when i am trying the same with linux "os " i am able to open the file. but in windows "os" i am getting the error message please help me to fix the problem
i tried changing the owner ship of the folder and many other stuff nothing is working in the windows 'os'

Including permissions of the folder ?
