Intel Core Quad Q8400 OC

Hi,

i have an Intel Quad Core Q8400 OCed from 2.66 to 3.00Ghz. I have an Asus P5KPL-AM EPU MOBO. The FSB is 1500 Mhz. The multiplier is 8. To OC it i just set CPU Freq. to 375 from 333 and DRAM Freq to 667 from Auto. Can you tell me what changes i have to make to OC to 3.2 Ghz?
The other settings are:
Memory over Voltage : Auto
NB over Voltage : Auto
VTT_CPU Over Voltage : Auto
SB over voltage : Auto
Auto PSI : Enabled

P.S: I don't have the stock cooler but i bought a new Coolermaster one which keeps the temps low.

You shouldn't have to adjust your RAM voltages, what is your current voltage on the CPU?

these are the only settings and i dont know which one is the cpu voltage but i think it is auto
