My CPU multiplier limited to 16x? People who have the same Cpu are getting 3.8ghz to 4.0ghz at 18x multiplier, so why cant i go past 16x multiplier Motherboard : MSI 870 C45 Cooling : Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo can you plz help?
