Flash bios

Hello,
i flash bios to my pc and the machine did not boot again n i had replaced the motherboard with a new one does that mean i have a faulty motherboard

It might not be faulty, but if you flashed it incorrectly, you could have messed it up pretty bad. If you can't get it to POST, you may have ruined it with an improper flash.
