i flash bios my pc after replacing the motherboard and the machine did not boot again i have tried to change the processor but still is not booting what could be the problem

The flash could have failed. If your BIOS chip is incomplete corrupted then machine will not boot. Not processor related.

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

Ur question isn't clear.

1- U say that change the mobo BUT at the same time u flash the BIOS.
2- What mobo and CPU do u have?
3- Like I see exist two options for ur problem. a) Ur flash BIOS wasn't good and the CPU that u have isn't supported by ur BIOS version. b) U did a bad flash BIOS and kill ur mobo

Please when i boot my computer and press f2 for setup it comes dat invalid configration information install step. Please help me.

The only way to fix yourself is download the BIOS using motherboard's SPI connector. Search Youtube and Google for SPIPGM2.EXE for complete info.
