Fan controller help please

Hi,

Not quite sure if this is the right category, its fairly close if not...

I just installed an akasa fc trio fan controller for use with coolermaster sickleflow and megaflow fans, but when the pcs has power the fan controller powers on and not the fans connected to it.
Any ideas on what could be going wrong?

Try increasing the speed in the speed control. They may be set to zero.

I'm assuming at this point that it must just be a faulty unit.

If you have a voltmeter see whether you get a voltage readout.
