What is the best 22 inch HDMI LCD screen to get?

At a price for preformance standpoint with at least an HDMI and 2-5ms response time?

Best 22" is the Lenovo L220x but it's getting hard to find, no HDMI and response time is > than what you looking for. One item to be warned about is advertised response time is rarely similar to actual so don't believe the ads. It does produce amazing color accuracy and is one of the only 22" sceens w/ 1920 x 1200 and, most important, it's not a TN panel.
