Dell inspiron 6000 old device driver

Hello, dell inspiron 6000 screen is fussy (unreadable). driver scan result showed 19 outdated drivers. How do I get drivers updated. I downloaded from dell website bios driver after that screen goes blank when windows is loading. I have lost my product key and i dont have windows cd. Somebody please help.

Those driver scans are just trying to sell you software, but a few are actually legit. Your bios update was probably a mistake, why did you do it ?
