New Mobo time!!!

I am looking to grab a new mobo and I a have narrowed it down to 2 mobo's

I am just looking for any input/ personal experience regrading this 2 mobo's

I will be running a AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz and on-board video is not important to me.

ASUS with my eyes closed, u are comparing a Ferrari (ASUS) against a bicycle (ECS)

^+1... I would take ASUS "any day of the week and twice on Sunday" before I would get an ECS motherborad.

Are you set just between these two choices? Even the ASUS is better choice, it is a DDR2 supporting board. Unless you have existing DDR2 RAM's then I would suggest to go for AM3 board + DDR3 RAMs.
