How and where does one go about getting wire sleeves?
Are they universal, or specific sizes?

Your gonna need more than sleeving.

You'll need to remove the molex ends to sleeve the cables .... the pin sets above will allow you to replace any case fans w/ molex ends to 3 pin connectors for using MoBo fan headers.
