with a NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE Graphics, even i doubt it will run...
that's very weak gpu...
I can't find any related to PSU too on that link...

It wouldn't run Modern Warfare 2. It might if you upgraded the power supply to handle a better graphics card and then added said graphics card. What's the budget for this?

I'd say NO as well.

For the price of upgrading the graphics card and PSU, why not build a computer from scratch that can handle that game? I think it would be pretty easy to do, but we'd need to know a budget.
