Windows XP new install, WD5000AAKS not found

Installing Windows XP new & fresh, with a sata WD5000AAKS. Windows of course won't detect my drive cause its SATA. I searched everywhere and can't find the necessary drivers. I know to hit F6 to load drivers upon Windows XP install, and the system does have a floppy, but can someone lead me to where I can download the files needed so the Windows install will recognize it?

You need to go to the website for you motherboard to get the drivers for the SATA controller, if they have them. It has nothing to do with the drive itself, other than it's SATA.

you will need XP chipset drivers for the motherboard.
