HTPC Build For Under $500.00

I'm thinking on building an HTPC (some parts I have), here's what I need, I opted not to go with a HD Tuner card because I aleady have a PVR with remote that does HD, so I can live without it on the HTPC. Here's my parts list, let me know what you guys think :)

Good find! I'm really not crazy about AMD though. I had a HORRIBLE experience with them some years back, and swore I'd never deal with them again. I have over 8TB of HDD laying around that's why I didn't bother listing one lol :) - a very good find though! Thanks.

I have only used AMD/ATI for the price u cant go wrong.. and for the price you are getting a quad . IDK, AMD all the way =-)
i have a am2+ phenom 2 940.. x2 240... 6000+.... 4200+
4870 CFX in phenom, 4670 in X2 240..htpc..6000+ on board hd3300, 4200+ 9600gso... <it was cheap..
