Your CPU might be not fast enough to allow this grafix card to display it's full potential.

What is your CPU? I think that the max CPU your mobi will support is the single core Pentium 4 3.4 Ghz, 800 fsb. You're probably better off getting a basic pci-eX16 mobo, e6300 CPU and a 4850 videocard.
