Need advice to get a new mobo

Hello guys,
I need advice from Asus, Gigabite users.
Currently I'm using Asus M3N72-D mobo, I recently pruchased ATI 5850 which seems doesnt like that mobo (or other way around), So I need new mobo wither asus or gigabyte. What happens is GPU fan at max > black screen no primary display output. Card work fine on another PC, Pc works fine without card![:p]( ":p")

AMD Phenom II X4 940 BE
ATI Radeon HD 5850 compatable![;)]( ";)")
24 pins should be as close to bottom as possible
1 - 2 PCI-E slots
My current spec
Motherboard: Asus M3N72-D (latest BIOS revision 1403)
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 940 BE (non OC - Cooler Zalman CNPS9500A or 9700 they look samish![:p]( ":p")

Video : ATI Radeon HD 5850
Memory: Corsair 2GB DDR2
OS: Windows 7 32bit
PSU: Real Power M850 (cooler master)
