Phenom2x4 955 does not boot...help

hey !...y got this problem for a while !...now it does this 5 out of 10 times i turn up my Pc.....i press the start button ...everything starts and receives power , but no BIP sound starts and no boot.....tried it without OC and still i get this now and then....im afraid il get worst then this, wright now i did oc to 3.6 only from multiplier ...pls any suggestions
here are mi specs..

phenom2x4 955 3.2
mobo is GA 970A UD3
8 GB ddr3 1600 Mh Vengence ( corsair ) 11.11.11.29
Radeon Hd 6850 ( saphire )
raid 0 width 3 hdd of 1 TB
power source Chiftec 600 W

i repeat ...when it does this every component gets power but no BIp sound and no boot......

Try each stick of RAM indiviually first--->then pull the video card second--->

It may be anyone of your components failing, or could just be an instable OC

---> represent: reboot and see if problem persists

well !, the ram are ok ...tested them and tested a while width other ram...im wery sure is not the ram ......im more incline to the video card.....but when i test the video car its ok......but the video card gets power when this strange thing happens....and still no error beeps when it happens....'
could it be the Mobo ??
PS. i get it even when im not doing OC

I have a motherboard that does this randomly, although not that bad. I always had to power cycle it a dozen time and/or reset the BIOS, but it didn't happen daily.

First thing I notice though is you have 1600MHz ram. Do you have it set to that speed? The Phenom II memory controller is only 1333 so if you set it to 1600 you ARE overclocking the memory controller. most can handle 1600MHz with a CPU-NB voltage bump. Although mine isn't stable above 1580

yes...i run thr=e ram at 1600....could that be the case??.....i hardly think so....tried it on 1333mh aswel and stil it does this strange thing......but not daily

il leav it like this and if it gets worst then this ....y got warenty il just send the motherboard back.....im prety sure now its the mobo
