I am desperately looking for 4gb ram with 2000MHz speed for my asrock x58 supercomputer.
I plan on adding 6 of those rams as it supports upto 24gb and 2000MHz when OCed.

Some suggested Corsair CMP24GX3M6A1600C9 (1600MHz).

I think triple-channel 2000MHz could deliver more performance than triple-channel 1600MHz

Thanks,

2000mhz CL9 1.65V but this stuff will be very expensive.
You barely see an improvement over much cheaper 1600mhz, and if you want you can usually increase the speed and timings (my 1600mhz CL8 ran at 1800mhz CL9)... and like saint19 said you can go for low timing 1600mhz although most likely that's the same as 2000mhz CL8 just underclocked for better timings. But then again, what do I know!
