Bsod on new build

Hi all I have a new build that is driving me insane. I believe its the graphics card drivers.
Windows default drivers work fine but once I install Nvidia drivers I get a bsod and continuous reboots. I have even tried beta drivers.
specs:
Windows 7 32bit
XFX 9500GT 1gb
BFG 550w psu
Gigabyte GA-MA785G-UD3P mobo
2gb DDR2 667
