A good heatsink for the AMD Phenom II x4 965

I'm going to build a new computer with an MSI 790FX GD70 ATX AM3 motherboard and an AMD Phenom II x4 965 Deneb CPU in an Antec 1200 case. I was going to stick with the stock heatsink for the AMD CPU due to money constraints. But, I managed to have some extra money left over in the budget and figured that I would get a better heatsink. So the question is, what would you recommend as a heatsink for this CPU?

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus or Sunbeam CR-CCTF 120 mm Core-Contact Freezer

If it helps im currently using a hyper 212 plus and my temps on idle are just below 20 degrees, but its on a athlon ii x4 OC to 3.6 @ 1.5v
