Hi i've been experiencing problem of some sort of Boot Loop.

here is what it does, i switch it on and every few second it'll have this "tick" and it'll switch off and restart. and it's impossible to get out of it unless you unplug the power.

i've tried testing all my RAMs and running with both GPU, single and no GPU. but it makes no difference. but i do get the no GPU beep at the start.

i tried resetting the cmos and it doesnt work.

what should i do next?

spec:
I7 - 975 @ 3.33 - watercooled
12gb - g.skill - trident16000
(psu :/ not sure of make but it's a 1050W provided by cyberpower)
2x 4870s - crossfired
2TB of harddrive - 1tb each

The problem you're describing suggests a failure with your master hard drive. Try swapping them.

If that still doesn't help, repeatedly press the F8 key after the POST/mobo splash screen. This will bring up Windows Advance Boot Options. Use the down/up arrow keys to navigate to "Restart on boot failure" (the wording may be different, depending on your version of Windows). By pressing the Enter key while this option is highlighted, you will turn off this feature.

When the Restart on boot failure feature is disabled, you will be taken to a BSOD with a STOP error (I.E. 0x0000000) if your system fails to boot Windows. Post this error message for further assistance.
