What causes error message Invalid Partition table

.I have a new Cybernet i one. I plug in the new keyboard and mouse.
it said to turn on computer and some commands would say what to do next.

But the commands did not come up. What did come up was a error message Invalid partition table.

The computer is brand new I just hooked it up. I called the manufacture and they said they didn't support my model because it was discontinued.

I tried to hit F8 on boot up but that didn’t work.
Any suggestion

Bought new ? - That model is history - No longer selling - Ready to retire !
Either the OS was not installed correctly or the boot loader files are corrupted and cannot locate the partition where Windows OS is installed.
If you do not have a Windows XP CD (new computer with XP ?) you will have to find one.
