What to buy?

im buying intel i7 2600k and dont what to buy air cooling or water cooling?i live in latvia so newegg doesnt work for me.i found a corsair h60 for about 40$.will that be enough for 2600k with little overclock?

Intel stock cooler will work perfectly fine for a little overclock. It can handle up to 4ghz..

Whats a "little overclock"?

If a hyper 212+ costs around $35 get that. It should let you go anywhere from 4.4 to 4.8 depending on how well your cpu OCs.
