I have a M4A88TD-V EVO/USB asus motherboard with 2 WD hard drives 500 gig each. Im trying to set them in raid 0. I've put the sata 1-4 in raid and 5-6 to IDE. WHen I set the array only one hdd is formatted and it does not hold the array. do you have any suggestions? Also its a amd and the Hdd is the first on the boot up setting

Is this supposed to be a bootable raid, or do you just have a single boot drive and the array is for programs/storage?

Normally, you have to go into the bios and enable raid and also possibly specify which drives will be part of the array. You must then go into the raid bios (not the computer bios) and create the array by selecting which drives will be used. If this is going to be a bootable array, it must be marked as one within the raid bios.
