i have the same problem, havent found a audio driver for that motherboard... i found on the web that N51235 bvelongs to foxconn but the only thing on my motherboard is N51235. nothing else. right next to the ram ports. pls help me someone, need audio drivers for foxconn N51235 windows 7.

Click on 'View Download' and audio drivers should be 6th item in list.
