Blue screen

Hello

I repair the computeur of my brother .Then here is in the starting up all it goes well but after the load come a blue screen and the computer restart at the begining.

I have verify the hard disk and the memory all it goes well

I have load the operating system disk nothing changes a blue screen come

Have you a solution for my problem ?

It is still booting from the HDD. You did not make the CD as 1st boot device in setup bios. The reboot keeps happening until you boot into safe mode and select disable auto restart on system error.
Have you a solution for my problem ?
