I suggest the Corsair. Tested and proved. And by the way, over 550 for GTX260 is unneeded. So you get two advantages by going 550vx. If silence is really an imperative, CM will do just fine. Both are good companies anyway, so pick which you prefer based on attributes listed above.

just saw on jonnyguru.com CM silent pro droping voltage at full load to 11.54.. while VX550 voltage was stable ...so i think vx550 is the better option .. bytheway hows HX520 .. VX AND HX are almost the same price
 
Corsair has an excellent reputation for high quality power supplies. They consistently earn high marks in technical reviews. They are very stable, reliable, and come with a 5 year warranty.

The Corsair VX550 power supply can easily power an overclocked system with any single video card made.

Although adequate, Coolermaster is inconsistent with their power supplies. Technical reviews have identified some issues and problems. Coolermaster offers many excellent pc cases. The same connot be said of their power supplies.

VERY SIMPLE SYSTEM AND I CANT PUT ANOTHER GFX SO LL GO WITH JUST 1 260GTX
SO BUYING TX750 USED ONE ON THE SAME PRICE AS NEW VX550
