Hmm.

The first one you link is using the reference 5750 cooler while the second is using the 5770/5870 cooler.

A 5770 will be almost ice cold using a cooler built for a 5870 of course. It's only half the chip.

The first one will be good enough I'm sure, but you will have slightly higher temps. As far as I can tell, that is the only difference. Maybe somebody else will spot something I've missed though.

So the second one is the better version eh? Dang, newegg just recently sold out of them too
