32 Degrees celsius... Good or Bad?

I am running an AMD phenom ii x4 955 at stock speeds... is 32 degrees Celsius good or bad? thanks

32 degrees is totally good, it's even too low.

my cpu goes up to 70degrees celcius on stock cooler. around 40 idle.

Well its a brand new computer (built it today), and I intend on overclocking it. Also, I have not done any cpu intensive things with it yet. I am installing crysis to benchmark, so I can also check my cpu temps during gameplay

Also, just out of curiosity (I dont want to have to make another thread)... What are the different voltages I should be looking at to make sure everything is stable? I OCed my memory to stock settings (1600) but havent touched the CPU, and I want to know what CPU reading I should be looking at to know what is good and what is bad for the phenom ii x4 955 be.

If i remember correctly i needed 1.45v and two notches up on the NB to hit 3.8Ghz on my 940
